Day 1

Structural Assessment & Upper Body Realignment

Day one focuses on systematic structural assessment and correction of the upper body.

You will learn to:

  • Assess joint alignment and bony relationships of the spine and pelvis
  • Identify muscular and fascia tension patterns affecting joint alignment
  • • Apply corrective techniques including transverse neck stretching, Trager mobilization, and occiput, diaphragm, release derived from craniofascial method
  • Evaluate clavicle and scapular positioning.
  • Correct shoulder, elbow, wrist and finger restrictions using low-velocity techniques.
  • Apply targeted muscle and fascial release to restore joint mobility.
  • Apply transverse muscle release techniques (a fast Bowen-style method) to reduce muscular, connective tissue and fascial tension.
  • Reassess immediately to confirm structural change.

All techniques are demonstrated step-by-step and practised under supervision.

By the end of Day 1, you will be able to assess and correct major upper body structural restrictions confidently.

Lower Body Alignment & Full Structural Integration

We now expand into lower body correction and whole-body sequencing.

You will learn to:

  • Assess hip, knee, ankle and toe alignment
  • Correct lower limb joint restrictions using controlled low-velocity techniques
  • Address fascial continuity influencing pelvic and spinal positioning
  • Correct sacral alignment using the sacral float technique derived from craniofascial methods.
  • Integrate upper and lower body corrections into a coherent structural treatment
  • Sequence realignment to achieve stable structural balance

Throughout the day you will complete full structural assessments and corrections under supervision.

By the end of training, you will be able to assess and realign joints, bones and fascia across the body using a systematic clinical approach.
